Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains what information TrueRate Finance (“we,” “us”) collects through trueratefinance.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email alton@true-ratefinance.com.
What we collect
When you fill out the form on our site, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Your average monthly revenue range
- Whether you currently have any advances, and how many
If you go further with us, we may also ask for business bank statements and a short application. We also keep notes from our calls, texts, and emails with you. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To contact you about business funding options you asked about
- To review your situation and share your information with our funding partners so they can evaluate your file and make offers
- To answer your questions and keep records of our conversations
- To run, secure, and improve our website, and to meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share your information with funding partners for the purpose of getting you funding offers, and with service providers that help us operate (for example, our website and form hosting). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their own unrelated marketing.
Calls, texts, and emails
When you submit the form, you agree that TrueRate Finance and its funding partners may contact you by phone, text message, and email at the number and address you provide, including by automated means, about the funding you asked about. Consent is not a condition of funding. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to opt out
- Texts: reply STOP to any message from us.
- Calls and emails: tell us on the call, reply to any email from us, or email alton@true-ratefinance.com and ask us to stop contacting you.
If a funding partner has contacted you directly, you may also need to opt out with that partner.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your information as long as we reasonably need it to work with you and to meet record-keeping and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, and sensitive documents go through a secure application rather than regular email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. Email alton@true-ratefinance.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.
Who this is for
Our services are for business owners. The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
