What we do

TrueRate Finance is a broker. We are not a lender and we don't fund deals ourselves. We work with business owners to arrange funding through our partner network. A merchant cash advance is not a loan. The terms of any funding product are set by the funding partner in its own agreement.

No offer or guarantee

Nothing on this site is an offer, commitment, or guarantee of funding. Approval, amounts, terms, costs, and timing depend on the funding partner's underwriting and are not guaranteed. Any time frames on this site are typical, not promises. Information on the site is general and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Your information

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your business. How we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Calls, texts, and emails

By submitting the form, you agree that TrueRate Finance and its funding partners may contact you by phone, text, and email at the number and address provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of funding. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email alton@true-ratefinance.com to stop calls and emails.

Fees

We don't charge an application fee to see your options. Any costs of a funding product are set by the funding partner and shown to you in writing before you sign.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with how it works. The site's content belongs to TrueRate Finance and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Any agreement you sign with a funding partner is between you and that partner.
